Step 1: Initial Intake & Strategy
Initial Meeting and Consult: A 60-minute virtual call to solidify your concerns and help us gather information about your child’s specific learning needs and desired advocacy outcomes. You will be prompted to fill out an initial intake form upon booking. This will allow us to enter our meeting informed and able to be fully present with you during our call.
***Please note: This booking requires a non-refundable $150 fee.
School/District Correspondence: We will establish communication with the school/district on your behalf and help faciliate a collaborative partnership between all parties involved in your child's learning.
Report Guidance/Reviewal: We will review prior IEPs, progress monitoring data, evaluation reports, behavior intervention plans, and other essential documents to help you make sense of your child's unique learning profile and determine your child’s areas of strength and areas in need of support.
Parent Strategy Meeting: In this meeting we will collaborate using a shared template to outline your meeting objectives and desired outcomes. We will go over what to expect in the IEP meeting and how to best prepare with data informed questions and a parent proposal so you feel comfortable and well informed going into the meeting.
Meeting Attendance*: Wrap-around support from a highly qualified and experienced advocate throughout the IEP or 504 meeting(s). Meeting attendance is virtual or in-person depending on the location.
Post-Meeting Guidance: A walk through of all paperwork explaining what the school is offering. This includes explanation of the school’s service delivery model, state and district eating accommodations, service minutes, and other specific IEP/504 details.

Full Formal Academic Assessment: We will complete formal academic assessment using the WIAT-4, Key Math 3, and specific screeners in the areas of math, oral reading fluency, reading comprehension, and writing to pinpoint exactly what your child's academic strengths are and which areas are in need of support. We will provide a written report of our evaluation and will present our data at your child's IEP and/or 504 meeting.
